Tuesday's meals were pretty good. Not the best meals I've ever eaten, but satisfying enough.
For breakfast: Broccoli bite and a strawberry.
For lunch: Mason jar salad (same as my last lunch) and 2 strawberries.
For snack: Organic banana and salted pistachios.
For dinner: Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Boats
******************************BREAKING NEWS!******************************
AGH! First time I've wanted bread/sweets. My co-worker just busted out cinnamon streusel muf.............................oh sorry, I'm drooling. Muffins.
I'm not hungry, but I can definitely tell what a craving feels like. Usually, I could never identify when I was craving something vs. when I was actually hungry. This was because I would eat whatever I was craving and feel better- so I was never sure if I was just satisfying a craving or my stomach. Either way, I think I may need to bake something tonight (almond flour-y) to keep me from losing it lol. Maybe it'll just go away. We'll see.
Yesterday's meals were less than great, mostly because I didn't eat much and ended up being hungry towards the end of the day and craving junk!
Here's what I ate.
For breakfast: BACON AND EGGS, SON!
For lunch: 3 leftover buffalo chicken lettuce boats with a small piece of sharp cheddar and 2 strawberries
For supper/snack/I didn't really eat supper: 2 broccoli bites (over the span of 5 PM-9 PM), 1 leftover buffalo lettuce boat, 2 burned pieces of bacon with some red bell pepper strips, one small meatball, a few apple chips (most were stuck to the pan, but were tasty!), and... *drumroll*.... COOKIE DOUGH!!!!! whoop whoop!
..... late April Fool's! JK, I really did have cookie dough. But it was THIS kind! I made it with almond flour, honey, imitation vanilla :/ (all i had), salt, and coconut oil. It came out a bit runny so I added another 2 tbsp of almond flour and then stuck it in the freezer to thicken up.
Verdict: very nutty and oily and a very "bad-girl" thing to eat, without the "bad!"
What's interesting is I really do crave fresh things more now. Eating the cookie dough with that oily flavor was sort of foreign after the last few days. I'm taking this as a good sign.
