Goals

Because I'm embarrased of the numbers on the scale, I'm not going to tell you what they are.  Sorry.  BUT, I will tell you what I want them to be!

Right now I'm at ***.  Before college I was ***.  Which means I've gained quite a bit.  About **.  It really hurts to do the math.  Anyway, my ultimate goal is to be at....
I know it's gonna take some time, but I'm determined to get there.  I've been relying on food choices only for the past 2 weeks and I'm going to start incorporating a workout regimen on Monday 4/14/14.  I want to look good in this.
